The next morning I smiled at the warm bright sun but a chilled breeze blew by. That reminded me that Redleaf was almost here. I got up and walked out of my temple. “Hello, Icepaw.” Thunderfang said as he gave me a light lick on the cheek. “Not many girls join.” He laughed. I did too but then he walked away. “You’re up!!” Ripplestar and Silverpaw shouted as they came running. “Clawstar is almost up. He wants to train us today.” Silverpaw told me. Suddenly I felt a sting of pain in my back. “Aigh!!!” I screamed and flipped the dog over. I clawed his soft underbelly and bit his neck, I held on tight. “Who are you?!” I demanded as the dog breathed heavy. “I. Am….I…..I am…..I am Si…Silk…Silkto….Silktooth.” The saint Bernard told me. I pressed harder on his stomach. “What pack are you from?!” I shouted in his face. “I am…. Ninja…..Ninjapa….Ninjapack…” He told me. I looked at Ripplestar. “What is that??” She shrugged and Clawstar walked up. “Silktooth!” He screamed. “You have come back for more? Well, beware! We have a new, powerful dog!!!” Silktooth got up. “Your pathetic pack is still no match for Ninja Pack!!” He spit into Clawstar’s face. “Well. I believe it.” I said with fire in my eyes.
